Are there natural remedies or natural pills/herbs to help ease anxiety?

Mainly for like public speaking and presentations. Nothing that will turn me into a zombie.

I always liked products like these for that sort of situation…

They "take the edge off" without dulling the senses.

Here is some info on it, I’ll admit its the first website I found, but the basic information looks reliable

Lime tree tea, it’s used in Spain a lot to help calm people in all kinds of situations, eg. before exams, after an accident, etc…

Have you tried Bach’s Rescue Remedy yet? They now come in pastilles in little round tins. I use them for public speaking, uncomfortable confrontations and if I am running late or feeling a little stressed.

The best thing I found is tart cherry. You can find it on line if you look for apothe cherry. That is liquid, for capsules you can go to the health food store or on line but make sure that you look for the type that is flash pasteurized — the goodness isn’t cooked out of it.

    It helps with anxiety.
