oh sweety…im anemic too so i feel you on that…and i worried about EVERYTHING…it was an unplanned pregnancy…my husband and i didnt have alot of money…and i worried and cried all day everyday…i couldnt sleep i could barely eat…and i told my dr about it…he gave me a prescription for "atarax"…i read online about it before i took it and its a mild tranquilizer lol i know that sounds scary but its safe for pregnant women…they actually give it to women in their iv sometimes during labor to help them relax and be able to push better…so maybe you can ask your dr about that…it seemed to help…kinda made me sleepy tho…

Wow, just think how scared you’ll be when the life and future of an innocent person is your responsibility. The pregnancy is the easy part.

You should talk to your doctor about any medications you’re taking to control anxiety, particularly if you are considering becoming a parent.

You should discuss this with your health care provider. Some herbs could harm your baby. You shouldn’t take any chance. Talk to your doctor before getting pregnant.

Don’t ever take herbs while you’re pregnant without first talking to your doctor. That will just cause more anxiety for you. My doctor said certain anxiety medications are safe to take when you are pregnant. I took celexa for most of my pregnancy. Some doctors prefer their patients to stop celexa in the third trimester, but others don’t see the need to stop it. Please discuss it with your doctor. They will find a way to help your anxiety that is safest for you and your baby. Good luck!
